**Job Title:** Culinary Team Member

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary professional to join our team as a Culinary Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality desserts and pastries in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and cook a variety of desserts and pastries, including cakes, pastries, cookies, chocolates, and desserts.
  • Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment to meet production deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Supervise junior colleagues and provide guidance and support as needed.

 

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with pastries and cakes in catering, bakery, or cake shops.
  • Good knowledge of various cakes, pastries, cookies, chocolates, and desserts.
  • Knowledge of local trends, tastes, and flavor profiles is a plus.
  • Ability to complete various types of cakes (cream-based, mousse-based, cheese cakes).
