We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide support and guidance to young women who have experienced abuse, trauma, or conflict with the law.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents. This includes:
- Providing individualized care and support to each resident
- Assisting in daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Encouraging residents to participate in educational and recreational activities
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 'N' Level / 'O' Level / Diploma qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
