Job Description:

  • Deliver evidence-based clinical care, including assessment, intervention, and caregiver support.
  • Collaborate with clients and caregivers to develop and review care plans that address mental, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Ensure services are person-centered, trauma-informed, family- and recovery-oriented, consistent with core principles.
  • Implement and review services and activities to ensure alignment with the Service Excellence Pillar and strategic goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters in Clinical Psychology.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct work experience working with youth and families, preferably in mental health settings.
  • Proficiency in clinical assessment, therapeutic relationship-building, counseling, casework management, and caregiver support.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills for maintaining accurate client and program records.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and community agencies to deliver holistic care.
