Job Title:

Youth Home Care Specialist

">Description:

To provide companionship and mentorship to youth residents, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times. This includes developing positive rapport, actively listening, and engaging in regular communication.

The successful candidate will work closely with other staff members to deliver the mission of the organization. Key responsibilities include ensuring residents comply with home rules, complete assigned duties, and participate in community service orders in a timely manner. Proper documentation and handover of information are also essential for the smooth running of the facility.

Requirements:

  • Able to work as part of a team player with high levels of initiative and independence
  • Able to interact positively with youths
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Passionate about working with youth boys
  • Mature candidates without relevant experience will be considered
