Job Title: Guest Experience Executive

Cove Living Pte. Ltd. is a tech-enabled flexible living platform in the Asia Pacific region, providing high-quality and community-centric accommodations.

We're living our mission and growing our homes in various locations. Our goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment for our residents.

  1. Facilitating Check-in: Assist Coveys with their check-in process, especially on weekends, to ensure a smooth transition into their new home.
  2. General Support: Provide general assistance to Coveys, addressing any issues they might have to make their stay more comfortable.
  3. Conflict Resolution: Handle flatmate conflicts and related issues, working towards a resolution that satisfies all parties involved.
  4. Grievance Handling: Address any grievances a Covey might have, utilizing available means to resolve the issue promptly.
  5. Community Events: Assist in planning and executing exciting community events that foster a sense of belonging among our residents.
  6. Liaising: Communicate effectively with property owners or representatives when necessary, ensuring seamless coordination.
  7. Regular Check-ins: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders and regularly check in on the Covey's wellbeing to ensure their needs are being met.

Deliverables:

  • Concierge Service: Provide a concierge-like service to our Coveys, catering to their needs and ensuring their stay is pleasant and memorable.
  • Unit Maintenance: Ensure units are well-maintained and tidy, creating a comfortable living space for our residents.

Requirements:

  • Diploma Required: A diploma in any field, preferably service-related.
  • Customer-Facing Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, enabling effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Language Proficiency: Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Start-up Experience: Experience working in an early-stage start-up is preferred but not required.
