National Service Gallery Project Coordinator

This role involves conceptualising, strategising and developing a world-class National Service-themed gallery. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience in programming, business development and fundraising.
The gallery aims to be a premier exhibition showcasing Singapore's vulnerabilities, the importance and significance of NS, and why we must defend Singapore. As a Project Manager, you will lead the team in planning public programming, education and events to create buzz around the gallery.
- You will conduct volunteer management and develop business development plans to ensure continuity.
- Cultivate relationships with sponsors, donors and foundations for fundraising efforts.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and operationalise business development plans.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsors, donors and foundations.
- Work closely with stakeholders to provide project updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good honours or postgraduate degree in Arts or Social Sciences.
- Strong command of spoken and written English, and proficiency in one other vernacular language.
- Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
