Join our organization as an Engineering Manager to lead the expansion of our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing team while providing strategic direction across a growing ecosystem of backend systems and internal tools.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3–5+ years of experience managing or technically leading full-stack engineering teams. They should have a proven track record designing and scaling enterprise-grade backend systems or internal platforms, hands-on fluency with modern backend development and cloud-native architecture, and experience working with distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the site lead, including hiring, onboarding, and long-term team development.
  • Lead technical and organizational aspects of follow-the-sun delivery, collaborating with US teams to maintain alignment and momentum across time zones.
  • Uphold best practices in service design, observability, integration, and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with US based managers for dotted-line reporting (as needed).
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing or technically leading full-stack engineering teams.
  • Proven track record designing and scaling enterprise-grade backend systems or internal platforms.
  • Hands-on fluency with modern backend development and cloud-native architecture.
