We are looking for an Engineering Manager to help lead our expansion in Singapore. In this foundational role, you'll be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing team while providing strategic AI-data ready architectural direction across a growing ecosystem of backend systems and internal tools.

About the Role

This is a high-visibility opportunity to lead cutting-edge technology efforts that power critical decision-making and platform evolution across a complex, globally distributed ecosystem.

  • Serve as the site lead—including hiring, onboarding, and long-term team development
  • Lead technical and organizational aspects of follow-the-sun delivery, collaborating with US teams to maintain alignment and momentum across time zones, while ensuring the reliability, governance, and production-readiness of our AI-ready data and application pipelines
  • Lead cutting-edge initiatives to modernize internal systems and improve efficiency, developer experience, and scalability

Requirements include 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, 3–5+ years of experience managing or technically leading full-stack engineering teams, proven track record designing and scaling enterprise-grade backend systems or internal platforms, and hands-on fluency with modern backend development and cloud-native architecture.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams, upholding best practices in service design, observability, integration, and lifecycle management. A deep understanding of system integration, cross-service architecture, and data flow across business domains is also required.
