Key Role: Business Expansion Specialist
As a highly skilled sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and market penetration by promoting financial products and solutions to potential customers. Your primary objective is to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, thereby contributing significantly to the organization's overall success.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain competitiveness and align with evolving market trends. This includes conducting thorough market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. This involves developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer requirements, preferences, and pain points.
- Conduct credit processing and analysis to support informed decision-making and manage credit risk effectively. This includes assessing creditworthiness, evaluating loan applications, and recommending suitable financial solutions.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Banking & Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in lending/auto financing is highly preferred (experience in commercial lending to SMEs is advantageous).
