Senior Java Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java Developer to spearhead our backend development team, mentor junior developers, and deliver high-quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of backend services using Java and related frameworks.
  • Mentor a team of Java developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
  • Collaborate with product owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and CI/CD processes.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and scalability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Java backend development, with 2+ years leading teams.
  • Strong expertise in Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
