Job Title:
Enterprise Risk ManagerRoles & Responsibilities:
The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management strategy to safeguard the organisation's assets, reputation, and operational continuity.
This includes planning, coordinating, and facilitating the implementation of ERM initiatives, including education and training, risk reporting and monitoring, and data analysis. The successful candidate will also perform secretariat duties for Cluster-level ERM Committees, Workgroups, and related Taskforces.
- Develop and implement a robust risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear risk appetite and tolerance levels
- Provide risk management guidance and support to business units and teams
- Monitor and report on risk exposures and trends
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- At least 4 years of working experience
- Good understanding of analytical and reporting processes and experience in data analysis and analytics
- Experience in risk management, implementing Enterprise Risk Management, audit, and healthcare operations will be an advantage
- Strong project management and administrative skills
