Job Title:

Senior Director of Enterprise Risk Management

About the Role:

As a seasoned risk management professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust compliance and risk frameworks to mitigate legal and operational risks. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to design, implement, and maintain effective enterprise-wide risk management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments across all aspects of business operations, including game content, data handling, and operational processes.
  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, platform terms of services, and industry standards, particularly around data privacy and content regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide policies to mitigate legal and operational risks.
  • Oversee regular audits and compliance reviews, ensuring issues are identified and remediated promptly.
  • Partner with various stakeholders to address compliance challenges and instill best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 8+ years of senior management experience in gaming-related payments, risk management, compliance, legal, government affairs, or related domains - ideally with full-cycle mobile game publishing and operations experience.
  • In-depth understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to mobile gaming (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading cross-functional teams; strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
