Job Description

Provide high-level support for End User Computing (EUC) issues, ensuring seamless operation of IT equipment. Prepare and test equipment for programmes, events, and major meetings.

  • Deploy EUC equipment efficiently
  • Maintain and service EUC devices to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with EUC equipment
  • Suggest process improvements to minimize EUC issues
  • Support end-users with application assistance
  • Assist with procurement and finance activities related to IT equipment and services
  • Evaluate peripherals and IT equipment before purchase
  • Conduct health checks for laptops, chromebooks, tablets, hotspots, etc., prior to deployment
  • Prepare weekly reports on end-user issues and equipment faults
Requirements
  • Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • Proven experience in IT operations; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Ability to analyze problems and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels
  • Strong influencing and time-management skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and multi-task effectively, achieving desired outcomes
  • Meticulous work attitude with a focus on quality
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team
