Job Description

Purpose:

Our team is looking for a skilled Application Support Analyst to provide technical support and system development for our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and integration with in-house systems.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Provide function support and system development for CRM, including troubleshooting integration issues with back office systems.
  • Develop new or modify existing applications to meet business needs.
  • Support system simulation, unit testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Deploy applications to test and production environments.
  • Perform production support and system analysis/troubleshooting, and work with vendors for escalated production issues or change requests.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science/Engineering or IT-related field.
  • 1-2 years' work experience operating an IT shared service for regional MNC environment.
  • Experience with application development and full SDLC in Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and integration with in-house systems.
