Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Culinary Innovator to lead our restaurant in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 8 years or more of experience with Korean cuisine and be a business-oriented, team-driven professional.

  • Plan and execute the concept launch with management teams and external vendors.
  • Work effectively and efficiently with internal stakeholders for the collective good.
  • Cultivate core values within the organization and transmit them to the team.
  • Custodian of the business' financials, with profitability growth as the key objective.
  • Develop high-quality, optimally priced menus for the target audience.
  • Create, implement, and revise Standard Operating Procedures, Guidelines, Recipes, and Plating Guides.
  • Recruit, nurture, and retain positive culinary members for career growth.
  • Maintain a safe working environment inline with relevant authorities' standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • 8 years or more of experience with Korean cuisine.
  • Business and team-oriented, driven professional.
