Key Role: Plumbing Supervisor

A plumbing supervisor is a crucial member of our team, overseeing daily plumbing works at project sites.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate daily plumbing tasks
  • Assign plumbing work to team members for quality and timely completion
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot plumbing issues
  • Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients on work progress
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials
  • Transport workers to/from dormitories and job sites as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience with supervisory responsibilities
  • Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (Class 4 licence advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair techniques
  • Effective leadership, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage a team and optimize productivity
  • Responsible, punctual, and committed to safety practices
  • Physical fitness to perform site supervision duties

Working Conditions:

  • 6-day workweek (Monday to Saturday)
  • Working hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm
  • Location: Various project sites across Singapore
