Expert Mechanical Site Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled mechanical site professional to lead our plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Plumbing & Sanitary, with a strong background in project management.

  • Project management involving M&E Sanitary & Plumbing
  • Documentation of method statements and work procedures
  • Review and monitor site construction activities to ensure work completion as scheduled
  • Evaluation, cost estimation & analysis for M&E Sanitary & Plumbing
  • Preparation of design construction drawings
  • Liaison with all parties involved in the project including Local Authorities, Consultants, Architects, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors & Suppliers
  • Manpower arrangement and supervise/manage site arrangement
  • Attend meetings including but not limited to site meetings and inspections

The successful candidate will hold a degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, and knowledge in BIM is an added advantage.
