Seeking an accomplished talent development specialist to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing high-potential employees across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive regional talent management strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to meet regional talent development needs.
- Work closely with colleagues across HR to operationalize learning solutions and maximize resource utilization.
- Deliver bank-wide training and development programs, consulting with senior business leaders and HR business partners.
- Identify, develop, and deliver internally and externally facilitated learning solutions, selecting and/or overseeing vendors where relevant.
- Design and facilitate group workshops for regional divisional management teams and/or high-potential talent segments.
- Drive engagement with the learning platform and curate learning resources to support employee learning plans.
- Identify regional 'future skills' to develop targeted learning solutions and skill-building interventions.
- Manage and deliver relevant divisional training, development, and talent programs as needed.
- Participate in the delivery of strategic change initiatives with organization-wide impact.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including at least 6 years in a talent and development function within a multinational corporate or banking environment.
- Proven ability to partner with regional senior stakeholders, COO teams, HR business partners, and external providers.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate content to senior management.
- Experience in designing and delivering program management content, translating business requirements into actionable development solutions.
- Ability to influence management teams and showcase bank-wide products.
- Preferred formal coaching certification and experience.
