Job Title: Talent Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Talent Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing learning interventions on HR topics.

  • Design and implement training programs that meet the needs of employees across the organization.
  • Conduct end-to-end learning processes including identifying learning needs, curriculum design, content development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create and customize learning solutions that align with their developmental goals.
  • Research emerging trends and best practices in Human Resource Management and translate insights into engaging learning formats.
  • Design and facilitate learning sessions including case study discussions, workshops, and training programs.
  • Organize HR-related learning events such as seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and communities of practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Learning and Development.
  • Strong knowledge and genuine interest in HR-related topics.
  • Skilled in designing and delivering learning experiences across multiple modalities.
  • Strong facilitation, project management, and communication skills.
  • Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful.
