Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and manage a diverse portfolio of talents for various media projects and assignments across commercials, events, film, TV, social media, and print media.
- Source, cultivate, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, independently driving business growth.
- Oversee multiple projects daily, adopting a proactive approach to resolve client challenges and recommend solutions in real-time.
- Develop and implement strategies for talent growth, including grooming, contract negotiation, marketing, and imaging.
- Manage social media accounts for influencers, coordinating with talents to grow online engagement and strategize content that aligns with their brand and industry trends.
- Guide the internal team to deliver exceptional responses to clients, achieving company-set revenue targets.
