Job Opportunity

This is a challenging role for an experienced professional to execute projects in building construction.

  • Review project specifications and technical clarifications, prepare method statements, and check drawing discrepancies.
  • Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation.
  • Supervise construction works and coordinate with representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters.
  • Ensure timely and smooth progress of works, quality achievement, safety compliance, and environmental regulations adherence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • At least 5 years' experience in building construction.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, familiarity with Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with people at all levels and teamwork.
