Enterprise SharePoint Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role as Enterprise SharePoint Administrator. This key position requires a strong background in SharePoint administration, development, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Maintain SharePoint Servers: Ensure the installation, upgrade, and patching of SharePoint servers are performed efficiently.
  • Develop Custom Workflows and Solutions: Utilize Nintex and SharePoint Designer to create customized workflows and solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage User Permissions and Access Control: Administer user permissions, access control, and authentication to ensure secure and controlled access to SharePoint resources.
  • Implement Business Connectivity Services: Integrate SQL database services to enhance business operations and efficiency.
  • Configure Search, Metadata, and User Profile Synchronization Services: Set up search, metadata, and user profile synchronization services to facilitate seamless information retrieval and sharing.
  • Monitor and Troubleshoot Performance Issues: Identify and resolve performance issues, errors, and security breaches to maintain optimal system performance.
  • Provide Training and Support: Offer training and support to end-users on SharePoint sites and features to ensure effective adoption and utilization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in SharePoint administration and development is essential.
  • Skills and Certifications: Proficiency in SharePoint (installation, configuration, support), Nintex workflows, SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, and Business Connectivity Services. Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator, Nintex Certification, or equivalent is preferred.
