Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint solution architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SharePoint solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Your primary focus will be on overseeing the administration and maintenance of SharePoint environments, including on-premises and SharePoint Online. You will also provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents, service requests, and change requests related to SharePoint and M365 services.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide training, user guides, and support. You will ensure compliance with organizational security policies, standards, and audit requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SharePoint administration and development, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive).
  • Proficiency in configuring SharePoint Online sites, site collections, libraries, metadata, and permissions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for workflows and custom forms.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, Graph API).
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 governance, compliance, and security best practices.
