Job Description:

Develop a sales strategy and business plan tailored for the marine industry to ensure meeting sales targets and achieving profitability.

Key Responsibilities and Obligations:

  • Creates individual and team action plans for efficiently identifying sales leads and prospects.
  • Gives timely performance feedback to the head of sales.
  • Maintains maximum profit margins while providing prompt, accurate, and competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for approval.
  • Coordinates project and service work between clients and internal engineers by communicating with service managers or coordinators.
  • Submits biweekly reports to the head of sales regarding sales targets, quotations, technical issues, and service attendance.
  • Ensures adherence to company guidelines, protocols, and codes of ethics in business, and ensures the team is aware of and follows them.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marine sector sales.
  • Adept understanding of marine navigation tools and components.
