Job Description

The Software Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, from architecture to decommissioning. They drive modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of enterprise applications, including architecture, deployment, upgrades, integrations, and decommissioning.
  • Drive modernization of legacy systems into cloud-native architectures, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
  • Manage complex ERP/CRM systems and integrations with APIs, middleware, and data warehouses.
Technical Expertise:
  • Define and enforce application architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
  • Lead integration across platforms using API Gateways, ESB (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, TIBCO), Kafka, or event-driven architectures.
  • Manage DevSecOps pipelines ensuring security and compliance are embedded.
Leadership & Governance:
  • Lead a team of application engineers and solution architects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with software vendors.
