About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to promote and propose Trane Controls Solutions to building owners, consultants, and contractors. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting package solutions and enhancing win rates.
You will work closely with other departments to identify potential opportunities and develop solutions with existing and new customers. Your ability to effectively write and present proposals, negotiate value, and close sales will be essential in differentiating us as a preferred supplier.
In addition to your sales skills, you will also be responsible for ensuring that all works carried out meet specified quality and EHS standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and propose Trane Controls Solutions to building owners, consultants, and contractors.
- Develop long-term customer relationships and maximize account penetration and customer retention.
- Identify potential opportunities and develop solutions with existing and new customers.
- Work closely with other departments to promote package solutions and enhance win rates.
- Effectively write and present proposals, negotiate value, address resistance, and close sales.
- Ensure all works carried out meet specified quality and EHS standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 1-3 years' experience in selling HVAC or building automation systems.
- Good presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Customer-driven mindset.
