This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a service technician in Singapore and across Asia. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing and cleaning Carrier owned HVAC equipment and related products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering, with 3 years of commercial HVAC experience and proficiency in servicing, troubleshooting, repair and cleaning HVAC equipment and related products.

You will also possess a valid class 3 driver's license and refrigerant handling license (an advantage). Additionally, training or experience in EHS & Risk Assessment would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, service, test, commission, troubleshoot, repair and clean Carrier owned HVAC equipment and related products.
  • Lift and manipulate objects of up to 20kg occasionally.
  • Ensure all PPE is worn appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records for orders and inventory counts.
  • Use power tools, hand tools and other mechanical equipment.
  • Communicate in a professional manner with co-employees, subcontractors and customers.
Requirements:
  • Nitec, Diploma or Equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • 3 Years of Commercial HVAC Experience.
  • Proficiency in Servicing, Troubleshooting, Repair and Cleaning HVAC Equipment and Related Products.
  • Refrigerant Handling License (An Advantage).
  • Valid Class 3 Driver's License.
  • Training or Experience in EHS & Risk Assessment (An Advantage).
