Early Childhood Education Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Education professional to lead our preschool program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in early childhood education and have the ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preschool program that meets the needs of all children, ensuring their educational and developmental growth.
  • Create and utilize age-appropriate teaching aids and resources to facilitate learning.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, addressing their individual educational and developmental needs.
  • Maintain regular communication with parents through various channels, including weekly updates and conferences.
  • Use positive discipline techniques and provide guidance and support to Assistant Teachers as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) / ACEY
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Knowledge in educational development and child care planning.

The successful candidate will be a creative and inspiring individual who is dedicated to early childhood education. They will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
