Early Years Educator Position

We are seeking an Early Years Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of young children.

  • Curriculum Development: Develop, plan, and execute a program that aligns with established policies and frameworks, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for students.
  • Taught Material Preparation: Prepare engaging teaching materials, evaluate learning outcomes, and document periodic updates to track student progress and growth.
  • Classroom Management: Implement strategies to foster a positive learning environment, promoting engagement, inclusivity, and respect among students and staff.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all relevant standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Qualifications: A Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T or CECCCE), Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education, or relevant qualification is required.
  • Teaching Certification: Possession of ECDA's Teacher Certification is essential.
  • Passion for Teaching: Demonstrating a genuine passion for teaching young children, with a focus on their educational and emotional development.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years related experience in early childhood education is required.
