Product Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Product Development Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of trading products.

This role involves leading end-to-end product development, driving product roadmaps, and defining underlying trading logic.

  1. End-to-End Product Development: Lead concept ideation, requirements gathering, functional design, prototyping, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  2. Product Roadmap and Enhancements: Drive product roadmap and enhancements for stocks, derivatives, spot, and margin trading systems.
  3. Trading Logic Definition: Define and refine underlying trading logic, including order matching, margin/leverage calculations, and fund management.

About This Role

  • Strong expertise in trading systems required.
  • Closely work with engineering teams, operations stakeholders, and business partners.
