**About the Opportunity**:

- As a Product Manager specialising in Order & Execution functionality, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our trading system to ensure seamless order placement, execution, and monitoring for our users. Your primary focus will be on delivering a robust and efficient order management system that meets the needs of both retail and institutional traders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and operations, to deliver a best-in-class product.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Talk with clients directly to identify the user's pain points and propose product solutions to solve user pain points
Develop a clear product vision and roadmap for the Order & Execution product, aligned with the overall company strategy.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Define and prioritize product features and improvements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
Define and implement advanced order placement tools, including ladder trading, one-click trading, reversal position etc to accommodate various trading strategies.
Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for order placement, execution, and monitoring.
Collaborate with the Trading Infrastructure team to implement robust back-end logic of advanced order tools
Lead the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization, to ensure timely delivery of product increments.
Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to iterate on the product, ensuring high quality and user satisfaction.
Work with Product Marketing team to define the GTM strategy and increase product awareness and conduct post-launch performance evaluation with data analysts
Stay up to date with the latest regulations and compliance requirements in the cryptocurrency industry, ensuring the Order & Execution product remains compliant according to respective geographies.
- **What We Look For In You**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience track record as a Product Manager, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
Strong understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and order execution processes.
Solid technical background with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience with project management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
