
Administrative Trade Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our trade administration team.
Job Description:
- Prepare and manage trade-related documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in meeting deadlines.
- Support accounting tasks, such as issuing invoices and managing payments/receipts, with a focus on maintaining financial records and controlling expenditures.
- Organize documents, perform data entry, and manage filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval and storage.
- Handle visitors, phone calls, and email correspondence in both Japanese and English, providing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Provide general administrative support as needed, including ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in administration, with a proven track record of organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese language to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
- Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
