Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality Indonesian dishes, managing kitchen operations, maintaining strict food safety standards, and leading a small team of junior kitchen staff.

Requirements and Skills
  • Proven experience as a chef with specialization in authentic Indonesian cuisine.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia for effective communication with suppliers and partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian ingredients, sambal-making, traditional cooking techniques, and regional culinary nuances.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced F&B environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a small kitchen team.
  • Relevant Food Safety & Hygiene certifications required.
