Within Citi Commercial Bank (CCB), our solutions-led business focuses on meeting the demands of mid-sized and emerging corporates. We're currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our Digital, Technology & Communications (DT&C) team as a Digital Relationship Manager based in Singapore.

Job Description

We're looking for a seasoned professional to drive industry-leading coverage to companies operating in the 'new economy', traditional technology, and communications industries. As a Digital Relationship Manager, you'll focus on high-growth clients and prospective clients, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and strong analytical skills to offer customized financial solutions.

  • Actively engage with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively propose appropriate banking products and solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes in the DT&C segment.
  • Leverage your knowledge to provide relevant insights and guidance to existing and prospective clients, helping them navigate industry challenges and opportunities.
  • Originate transactions by staying connected to the ecosystem of investors, start-ups, industry associations, thought leaders, and senior business contacts to expand industry knowledge and deepen Citi Commercial Bank (CCB)'s relationship with these partners.
  • Working closely with senior RMs, product specialists, and subject matter experts across the bank to structure customized solutions that meet clients' unique needs.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
  • Drives innovation in the solutions we provide clients and further develops our business where necessary and appropriate.
  • Assess and manage credit risk by conducting thorough financial analysis and due diligence on clients.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

This role requires a proven track record in client relationship management and business development, with a strong understanding of the new economy and traditional TMT industry dynamics, trends, and challenges.

We're offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
