E-Commerce Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple online stores, processing orders with accuracy and timeliness, and working with warehouse operations to ensure timely shipments and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer e-commerce platforms, including online shops and marketplaces.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations to ensure timely shipments and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace, website administration, and sales.
  • Strong analytical, administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes is an advantage.
