Job Title:

Senior In-House Attorney

As a seasoned Senior In-House Attorney, you will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel and support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing all contracts associated with the company and its subsidiaries
  • Providing proactive legal advice and support in diverse areas including commercial/operational transactions, corporate office transactions, human resources, corporate finance, governance, research, intellectual property, IT matters, and more
  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and solidifying legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements, data protection, and more
  • Applying effective risk management techniques and offering strategic solutions on possible legal issues
  • Developing and implementing business risk management strategies and offering strategic solutions on possible legal issues
  • Communicating closely with internal and external stakeholders on a variety of legal and risk management topics that relate to the commercialization and their products or services
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations, and other formalities
  • Creating business guidelines, establishing and managing approval workflows and documentation
  • Executing procedures for protecting patents, trademarks, and industrial designs
  • Conducting legal rules and regulations review, cascading findings to the team, identifying, and implementing appropriate mechanisms in support for the expansion of business operations beyond present set of jurisdictions
  • Communicating with and managing any third-party bodies such as external counsel or auditors and handling litigation
  • Promoting legal, compliance, and risk management best practice throughout the organization
  • Designing and delivering legal training relevant to the business to highlight awareness of and reduce the risk profile of the business
