Job Title:
Bread Production Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Bread Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, including sourdoughs, baguettes, and specialty loaves.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.

  • Oversee the mixing, fermentation, shaping, and baking processes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every batch.

  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure all products meet visual and taste standards before distribution.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, strictly adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.

  • Work closely with fellow bakers and kitchen staff to optimize production schedules and meet daily targets.

  • Monitor ingredient stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or High School Diploma

  • At least one year of working experience in related fields

  • Full-time position

  • Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers
