Job Opportunities in Baking

We are seeking experienced bakers to join our team. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shape, mix, and proof doughs to produce high-quality bread and pastries
- Monitor baking processes to ensure optimal texture, color, and taste of baked goods
- Collaborate with other bakers/kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and ensure timely production
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the baking area

Requirements:
  1. Minimum 1-2 years of baking experience in a bakery profession
  2. Knowledge of bread-making techniques and principles, including mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking
  3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality baked items consistently
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a hot and humid environment
  5. Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, public holidays, and overtime hours when required
