Bread Production Specialist

We are seeking an experienced baker to fill a bread production specialist position. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in bread and pastry production, who can consistently deliver high-quality products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and producing a variety of bread items, adhering to recipes and menu requirements. They must also maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.

To excel in this position, applicants should have at least 3-5 years of experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen. A certificate in Pastry and Bakery or equivalent is preferred. Additionally, they must demonstrate expertise in bread and pastry production, including knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.
