Our organization seeks an exceptional individual to fill the position of Dormitory and Site Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dormitories, providing a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.

Job Summary:

  • Perform routine inspections to ensure the dormitories meet health and safety standards.
  • Oversee dormitory occupancy, including check-in/check-out processes and room assignments.
  • Enforce dormitory rules and resolve any issues or concerns raised by residents.
  • Supervise teams responsible for maintenance, security, and housekeeping services.
  • Maintain detailed records of incidents, safety inspections, and operational activities within the dormitories.


Requirements:

  1. Must be a Singaporean citizen or permanent resident.
  2. Minimum GCE 'O' levels or equivalent qualification.
  3. Experience in dormitory operations, property management, and tenancy administration.
  4. Good knowledge of dormitory regulations and rental agreements.
