Job Title: Residential Facilities Specialist

The primary function of a Residential Facilities Specialist is to ensure the smooth operation of residential facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly inspect and maintain tools and equipment to prevent damage and ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment, and facilities.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of machinery and diagnose issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Adhere to Lockout/Tagout procedures when performing maintenance work to guarantee safety.
  • Perform daily routine checks of pump rooms, consumer switch rooms, and MDF rooms.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Department in the day-to-day operation of residential facilities.
  • Effectively repair issues such as replacing light bulbs in common areas and amenity spaces.
  • Participate in fire-fighting and safety evacuation exercises to ensure preparedness.
  • Respond professionally, positively, and timely manner to residence owners' questions, concerns, and requests.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Basic skills in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building equipment.
  • Knowledge of hotel/residences maintenance and management.
  • Mechanical/electrical/plumbing & building engineering skills.
  • Electrical control & trouble-shooting skills.
