Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Customer Service Representative in the healthcare industry to provide exceptional support to reputable healthcare organizations.
- To perform this role, you will be required to administer a high volume of incoming phone calls and emails on a daily basis
- Handle customer inquiries and feedbacks efficiently and professionally
- Process registrations for visitors and patients at our reception area
- Demonstrate commitment to delivering excellent customer service by being available for overtime when business needs arise
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum N Levels and above qualifications
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
- A minimum commitment of 3 months onwards
