Job Title:

Electronics and Technical Support Specialist

Description:

Are you a skilled electronics professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills? Do you have a strong foundation in electronics, with the ability to understand and work with electronic circuit diagrams?

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a dynamic team to meet project deadlines and multiple accounts/projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engineering support for pre & post-sales service activities
  • Project coordination, system installation, termination, testing & commissioning
  • Troubleshooting and rectifying system faults
  • User operation training of the installed systems
  • Standby duty for servicing and answering calls
  • Attending site coordination meetings and site walks
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you should have a NITEC and/or Diploma in Analogue, Digital and/or Computer Electronics/Electrical, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.

You should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, negotiation skills, field service knowledge, electrical knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
