Join our team of technical experts and take on the exciting role of Electrical Field Service Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to customers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. Your extensive knowledge of power electronics, electric circuits, and medium voltage will enable you to resolve complex issues efficiently.You will work closely with clients to identify and address their technical needs, utilizing your expertise to develop effective solutions. A key aspect of this role is your ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.Your experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and test instruments such as oscilloscopes and power analysers will be invaluable in this position. Additionally, your proficiency in at least one computer programming language will enable you to troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment quickly and accurately.The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution, with solid understanding of Power Electronics, Electric Circuits, Electric Power Systems, Medium Voltage, Harmonics, and hands-on skill. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to interface at all levels of the organization internally and externally.In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel extensively, visiting customer sites and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
