Human Resources Specialist Role

In this pivotal role, you will oversee and coordinate all facets of human resources management. This includes developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, leading recruitment efforts, managing payroll and benefits administration, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining accurate attendance records.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and thrive under pressure. Additionally, proficiency in payroll software such as Whyze is essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies to drive business growth and meet organizational objectives.
  • Plan and implement HR projects or initiatives to enhance organizational performance and efficiency.
  • Lead, organize, maintain, and develop HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation, learning and development, process and compliance, grievances, and exit procedures.
  • Prepare workstation setup for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition and minimizing disruption to work.
  • Collect, verify, and check attendance records to guarantee accurate payroll processing.
  • Handle the entire payroll process, including payment and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee travel arrangements, including flight ticket purchases.
  • Administer training-related matters, including course coordination, enrollment, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain proper documentation of employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Candidates with at least 3 years of HR experience are preferred.
  • Degree in any qualification is required.
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice will be an added advantage.
  • 5.5 days/6 days work week (Alternate Saturday) is a requirement.
  • Knowledge of payroll software, such as Whyze, is necessary.
  • Willingness to work in a construction site environment is essential.
  • Independent, good communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure are required.
