Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to Relationship Managers servicing Private Banking clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries and instructions, resolving most issues and requests efficiently.
  • Monitor transactions and activities in client accounts, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with RMs to provide financial advisory services to clients, tailoring solutions to meet their unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data and reports, including contact lists, account numbers, facilities details, and credit review status.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, arranging travel, and producing presentation materials.
  • Coordinate with Product Groups, Operations, and other functional areas as necessary, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations and policies at all times.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations, or sales support within financial institutions.
  • Bachelor degree or diploma from reputable institutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client interfacing skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Future-oriented mindset, adaptability, and innovative thinking.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and remain empathetic, passionate, and resilient.
  • Preferably CACS certified.
  • Chinese proficiency is required, as this role involves dealing with Chinese clients.
