Performance Marketing Team Lead

Job Overview:

The Performance Marketing Team Lead is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Marketing Solutions and Social Media Marketing Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Establish efficient workflows to improve execution consistency.
  • Maintain professionalism and impartiality in decision-making.
  • Set team KPIs aligned with company goals.
  • Hit established KPIs.
  • Support the team in improving campaign strategies and optimizations with logical reasoning.
Account & Campaign Management:
  • Manage multiple accounts and teams for smooth campaign execution.
  • Take over high-intensity campaigns when team members are on leave.
  • Provide accurate audits and proposals to support the Sales Team.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and optimize campaigns proactively.
  • Develop strategies to enhance client performance and overall company success.
  • Link performance metrics to different success components.
Training & Development:
  • Conduct structured training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure the team stays updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Promote AI-assisted workflows while ensuring human expertise critically analyzes work.
Data, Reporting & Workflow Optimization:
  • Build automated reports and dashboards using Excel scripting for better data analysis and workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure all reports and performance metrics are accurate, insightful, and actionable.
  • Maintain structured workflows for enhanced organization and efficiency.
Interdepartmental Collaboration & Communication:
  • Act as liaison between Performance Marketing and Digital Marketing departments for seamless communication with clients.
  • Possess excellent people skills and emotional intelligence to navigate team dynamics effectively.
  • Uphold strong leadership qualities by setting a positive example.
Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Minimum 1 year of managerial experience, overseeing a team.
  • Proven ability to handle high-intensity accounts and manage multiple business units.
  • Strong expertise in ad performance forecasting and data analysis.
  • Exceptional ability to analyze and optimize campaign strategies based on real-time data.
  • Experience in creating structured training programs and developing team skillsets.
  • Ability to provide fact-based recommendations with supporting data and logic.
  • High proficiency in Excel scripting and automated reporting.
  • Strong sense of professionalism and impartiality.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including accountability and proactive problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fast learner, capable of recognizing and adapting to trends.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and structured in workflow execution.
  • Passionate about performance marketing and continuous learning.
  • Hardworking, committed to excellence, and unwilling to compromise standards.
