Job Title: Industry Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic workforce development and foster strong industry linkages within the advanced manufacturing sector.

About the Role:
  • This role requires driving transformation opportunities by identifying critical skills needs and spearheading industry engagement efforts.
  • The successful candidate will conduct market and trend analyses to translate insights into actionable workforce development strategies.
  • You will develop a Sectoral Workforce Skills Plan and Upskilling Playbook aligned with industry needs and national manufacturing objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage partnerships with manufacturers, trade associations, industry leaders, and training providers to co-create training solutions.
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of bespoke training programmes addressing enterprise-specific upskilling requirements.
  • Lead initiatives to expand industry collaboration, drive adoption of high-quality training programmes, and support sustainable sectoral growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • You will be responsible for driving the development and validation of emerging technical skills and competencies in partnership with industry leaders and public agencies.
  • The successful candidate will provide thought leadership in promoting, marketing, and industry adoption of training courses aligned to advanced manufacturing trends.
