Job Title: Volunteer Engagement Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regular engagement activities for migrant workers. This includes educational workshops, skills training, social and festive events, and volunteer-led ground outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and conduct training programmes to build leadership and peer engagement capabilities
  • Recruit new migrant workers to join the Ambassador Programme through outreach at dormitories, events, and workplace visits
  • Liaise with dorm operators, employers, government agencies, NGOs, donors, and sponsors to enhance programme support and reach
  • Maintain and regularly update the volunteer database using Microsoft Excel
  • Serve as a feedback channel for volunteers to raise ground concerns and suggestions


Requirements:
  • Degree in any discipline
  • Entry-level candidates welcome; candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience will have an advantage
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English, and proficient in at least one migrant worker language
