We are seeking an experienced Advanced Analytics Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing advanced analytics solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop tailored analytics solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy data visualization tools to facilitate business decision-making
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to identify trends and optimize business processes
- Maintain and improve existing analytics systems to ensure high levels of performance and scalability
- 7-8 years of experience in software development and analytics
- Strong academic background in a quantitative field (computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, etc)
- Proficiency in functional & object-oriented programming, especially Python
- Experience in full stack development, including frontend webapps and backend services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Investment Banking, FinTech, or Financial Markets
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
